Is your website fully secure?
Love Tiaras.com use SagePay to securely take your credit card details and process them. It is their responsibility to ensure that their secure payment gateway is fully PCI DSS compliant (these are the strict thirdparty tests conducted to test the security of their servers). How long will Delivery take?
Manufactured products are usually stocked and can be dispatched within 2 days. Handmade items are made to order & may take anywhere up to 28 days during busy periods. If you require any handmade products earlier than this please contact us as we may be able to dispatch to you earlier.
We will try to send out complete orders at the same time, so if you have ordered a mix of handmade and manufactured products they will be dispatched when the handmade items are completed. If you would like the items sending separately, please let us know when you place your order.
All of our goods will need signing for on receipt. Orders in the UK totalling under £50 will have the option of being sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at a lower charge but will still need signing for. Any orders worth over £50 being sent within the UK will be sent out by courier service which can be traced online.
