How can I return an unwanted item?
Anyone who wishes to return unwanted goods must email us for a returns code & returns form. This must be filled out and sent back in the box with the goods. Unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt in original packaging with a returns form & returns code.
How should I return unwanted items by post?
Unwanted items must be returned with adequate insurance to cover loss
or damage during transit as we cannot issue a refund for lost goods.
The customer is responsible for postage fees for any returns.
