Returns & Refunds
Anyone who wishes to return unwanted goods must email us at returns@lovetiaras.com for a returns code & returns form.
This must then be completed and returned with the goods. Unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt in original packaging with a returns form & returns code.
Unwanted items must be returned with adequate insurance to cover loss or damage during transit as we cannot issue a refund for lost goods. The customer is responsible for postage fees for any returns.
Upon receipt of returns a full refund to the value of the returned item will be given. Refunds will not be given for postage charges. Goods damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
We cannot issue refunds for Bespoke or Customised designs as these cannot be re-sold. This also applies to jewellery sets which include earrings for pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.
